CYFOR were instructed by a third-party company to assist with a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) requested by an ex-employee of the business.
We liaised with our client to provide expert technical advice on how best to compile the data to comply with the Data Subject Access Request. Having received a relatively small data set on our Secure File Transfer via SFTP, CYFOR were able to expedite the process and have the review underway swiftly.
We processed the received data into our NUIX SaaS platform, applied cutting edge culling techniques, implementing our streamlined workflow to deliver a fast and efficient service to the client. The thought of redacting a large number of documents seemed somewhat daunting to our client at first, but by identifying commonality within the data set, we were able to help speed up the redaction process to make the review as efficient as possible. Throughout the review, we assisted our client with technical queries and requests in a timely manner.
Once the data had been reviewed and the client was happy with the coded documents, we were able to produce the documents burning redactions on to the final document set and provided the documents to the client.
“My company needed to work through a great many documents and redact large portions over a very short timeframe. The team at CYFOR set our system up and added the custom services we needed all by web chats/phone call/emails. The training for the system was carried out quickly and we were up and running within 24 hours. Once we had completed the work the checking and final zip file were delivered via their website. The team made the job much easier and the whole experience enabled us to be very confident of the quality of the finished data. The team delivered a first-rate service at a very competitive price.”
