Manchester’s CYFOR Group is expanding regionally with the launch of a new forensic lab in Leicester

This expansion will generate numerous job opportunities to meet rising client demand in the coming months

Following a record-breaking first half of 2024, this new office is set to bolster the company’s growth plans and scalability

Founded in 2002, CYFOR Group has established itself as a leading provider of Digital Forensics, Cyber Security, and eDiscovery services. The company recently expanded its’ operations with the opening of a state-of-the-art digital forensic lab based in Leicester.

CYFOR’s Forensic division is a leader in digital forensics, specialising in extracting and analysing complex data using state-of-the-art techniques. They proudly serve a diverse clientele, including criminal defence solicitors, private sector organisations, police forces, local authorities, and commercial law firms across the UK. Their expertise ensures that crucial digital evidence is uncovered and meticulously analysed to support clients’ needs.

This expansion follows the significant growth in recent years, building on the investment in the Northwest office back in 2019. The new Leicester facility has created numerous job opportunities, including new forensic expert roles, bringing the company’s total workforce to over 50 employees. These new hires will collaborate closely with the established team at the Manchester branch, strengthening the team of experts.

With a projected turnover exceeding record levels in 2024, supported by the investment into the new lab, CYFOR is in a strong position for the next phase of its development and growth plans.
