With ambitious growth plans, our IT Support Team are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Technician.
We are delighted to be recruiting an IT Helpdesk Support Technician. Supporting our external customers, you’ll primarily be dealing with 1st and 2nd line support enquires, providing first time fixes, where possible, to agreed SLA’s. Additionally, this role will assist our Cyber response team by deploying relevant agents, managing our ‘Pulse Boxes’, monitoring SOC traffic and providing some analysis of logs. Travel may be required occasionally.
This individual reports to the IT Manager.
Place of Work
This role will typically be based at CYFOR, Benjarron House, Middleton, M24 1SW but may also require occasional travel to other places of work in line with roles and responsibilities.
