Is your iPhone safe from the threat of hacking?

hacking

A flaw in the Apple handset has rendered it defenceless against attack, Independent Security Evaluators has discovered.

Hackers can simply send a string of text messages to an iPhone containing just one square character.  Victims would see one text message in their inbox and not turning off their iPhone immediately would result in the hacker gaining control of the mobile’s key functions.

This would enable them to dial numbers, access the internet and sent texts….all criminals would need was the phone number.  Apple has yet to release an appropriate patch.
